Charles SY Jo - CEO & Founder

With over 30 years in the global finance industry, Mr. Charles Jo has extensive experience across various financial products, including 15 years in wealth management and 16 years in investment banking. He holds a BA in Business & Marketing from Sogang University and an MBA from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

From 2010 to 2020, he served as Managing Director and Executive Officer at CA Indosuez Hong Kong, overseeing USD 1.5 billion AUM for ultra high net worth clients as Team Head. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2010, he was Senior Director at Deutsche Bank Private Bank Hong Kong.

He is also a former Korea Desk Head at major investment banks, including Barclays Capital, UBS, and Dresdner Bank, where he focused on derivatives and structured products.
Daniel YK Kim - Senior Managing Director

With over 30 years in institutional finance, Mr. Daniel Kim specializes in research, sales to global institutional investors, and proprietary trading.

He formerly served as Managing Director and Office Head of Korea Investment & Securities Asia. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Office Head of NH (Woori) Investment & Securities Hong Kong. He also served as Head of Institutional Sales at Fidelity Investments Korea, and began his career as an Equity Analyst and Head of Institutional Sales at JPMorgan (Jardine Fleming) Securities Korea.

Prior to joining Olympus Partners Asia Limited, she held the position of Assistant Manager at CA-Indosuez (Switzerland) SA and Crédit Industriel et Commercial.

Carol holds an Economic & Finance (Hons) degree from The University of Hong Kong and has completed the Oxford Private Investments Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
